The change is consistent with the Company’s continued business transformation and rebranding initiative launched in late 2025. The new ticker symbol represents the next step in that transition, more closely aligning the Company’s public-market identity with its corporate name, brand and long-term strategy. To commemorate the milestone, members of IA’s leadership team, Board of Directors, employees and invited guests will ring the Nasdaq Closing Bell on August 18.
