Twilio Inc. (NYSE: TWLO ) stock traded higher on Friday after the company reported second-quarter financial results above consensus estimates and raised its full-year sales guidance.

Strong Q2 Earnings Results On Thursday, Twilio posted second-quarter revenue of $1.50 billion, surpassing the $1.43 billion analyst estimate and growing 22% year-over-year.

Adjusted earnings reached $1.47 per share, exceeding the $1.32 estimate by more than 11%.

Operating cash flow reached $372.4 million, while free cash flow totaled $352.6 million.

Full-year 2026 revenue growth guidance was raised to a range of 18% to 18.5%, up from the previous forecast of 14% to 15%.

Wall Street Revisions Recent analyst moves include Oppenheimer maintaining an Outperform rating and raising its price forecast to $275, Citizens maintaining a Market Outperform rating and raising its price forecast to $275, and Wells Fargo maintaining an Overweight rating while increasing its price forecast to $275.

Critical Levels To Watch For TWLO Stock TWLO is now trading well above its major trend gauges, sitting 25.7% above the 20-day SMA ($200.86) and 66% above the 200-day SMA ($152.08), which is the kind of extension that often shows up in late-stage breakout runs.

The longer-term trend remains constructive after the golden cross in November 2025, even though the 20-day SMA is still below the 50-day SMA (a short-term bearish alignment that can lag after sharp upside gaps).

Momentum is the headline: RSI is 76.66, which signals the move is stretched and conditions are overbought (RSI measures how "extended" buying or selling has become versus recent price action).

In this setup, overbought doesn’t automatically mean "sell," but it does raise the odds of consolidation or a pullback toward moving averages if buyers stop pressing.

Key Resistance: $253.37 Key Support: $200.86 TWLO Stock Price Activity: Twilio shares were up 31.16% at $234.69 at the time of publication on Friday, according to Pro data.
