These Analysts Boost Their Forecasts On US Foods After Upbeat Q2 Results

The company reported quarterly sales of $10.532 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $10.461 billion.

US Foods reaffirmed FY2026 guidance, expecting net sales growth of 4%-6%, adjusted EBITDA growth of 9%-13%, and adjusted diluted EPS growth of 18%-24%.

The company reaffirmed its FY2026 adjusted EPS guidance of $4.70-$4.93, compared with analyst expectations of $4.70.

It sees FY2026 revenue outlook of $41.00 billion-$41.79 billion, versus the consensus estimate of $41.44 billion. “Our team delivered another strong quarter, highlighted by accelerating volume growth, record Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA margin and strong Adjusted EPS growth in what remains a challenging but stable industry environment,” said Dave Flitman, Chair of the Board and CEO.

US Foods shares rose 0.1% to $106.98 in pre-market trading.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on US Foods following earnings announcement.

TD Cowen analyst Andrew M.

Charles maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $116 to $119.

BTIG analyst Peter Saleh maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $105 to $120.
