Corsair Gaming Q2 Earnings Corsair Gaming reported second-quarter revenue of $314.3 million, down 2% year-over-year.
The revenue total beat a Street consensus estimate of $310.5 million according to data Pro.
Direct-to-consumer represented around 20% of total net revenue in the quarter.
Gamer and Creator Peripherals segment revenue was $115.9 million in the quarter, up 13% year-over-year.
Gaming Components and Systems segment revenue was $198.5 million in the quarter, down 9% year-over-year.
The company said higher memory pricing hurt the market for DIY PC builds.
Adjusted EBITDA was up 279% year-over-year to $30.8 million in the quarter.
The company saw a benefit of $15.6 million to gross profit from refunds of tariffs previously paid under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
The company said it would have exceeded profit expectations with and without the tariff refund in the quarter.
The company reported adjusted earnings of 23 cents per share, beating a Street estimate of seven cents per share.
Adjusted earnings per share would have been an estimated nine cents per share without the tariff benefit.
Corsair does not expect material tariff refunds going forward. "We delivered another quarter of significant profitability improvement, with gross margin reaching a record for the Company at 33.2% gross profit increasing, 21% year-over-year," Corsair CEO Thi La said.
What’s Next for Corsair Gaming The company said it completed its acquisition of Trak Racer, a Sim Racing hardware direct-to-consumer brand, on Aug.
3, 2026. "We see meaningful opportunities to further expand Stream Deck into workflow automation and professional broadcasting, accelerate Marketplace development through AI, deepen our direct-to-consumer relationships and build on Fanatec’s momentum in Sim Racing," La said.
La said that the DIY PC build market demand is "deferred, not lost." The CEO said the company is well positioned to benefit when the market normalizes.
Corsair is guiding for a third-quarter revenue range of $320 million to $350 million.
The company’s guidance for third-quarter adjusted EPS is nine cents to 12 cents per share.
For the full fiscal year, the company is guiding for revenue in range of $1.40 billion to $1.47 billion.
The company’s previous guidance for the full year was $1.33 billion to $1.47 billion.
Full year earnings per share are expected in the range of 85 cents to 94 cents per share.
Corsair Stock Price Action Corsair stock is up 17.8% to $12.50 in after-hours trading Thursday versus a 52-week trading range of $4.48 to $13.09.
