Corn and Soybean futures recovered to post small gains.

Oliver Sloup discusses the recent price action in Grain futures, noting that while markets were universally lower in the early morning, Corn and Soybean futures managed to fight back and post small gains at the close. Wheat futures, however, remained the weak link. Sloup also breaks down the latest weekly export sales, highlighting 1.03 million metric tons for corn and 904,000 metric tons for soybeans, with a significant portion going to unknown destinations and China. Looking ahead, traders are monitoring the Midwest weather forecast, which predicts above-normal temperatures and precipitation, along with the upcoming USDA WASDE report.
