Caterpillar, Wayfair, Zebra Technologies, Gartner And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Tuesday

U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 500 points on Tuesday.

Shares of Caterpillar Inc (NYSE: CAT ) rose sharply during Tuesday’s session after the construction and mining equipment maker reported second-quarter 2026 revenue and raised its full- year sales outlook.

Adjusted EPS of $8.17 beat the $5.71 estimate, while sales and revenues of $20.5 billion topped the $18.358 billion estimate.

Caterpillar shares jumped 8.3% to $899.00 on Tuesday.

Fabrinet (NYSE: FN ) surged 12.5% to $512.84.
