These Analysts Increase Their Forecasts On Jazz Pharmaceuticals Following Q2 Results

Jazz Pharmaceuticals PLC (NASDAQ: JAZZ ) on Monday reported better-than-expected second-quarter sales results and raised its FY26 sales guidance above estimates. Jazz Pharmaceuticals reported quarterly earnings of $5.71 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $6.18 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $1.208 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.115 billion. Jazz Pharmaceuticals PLC (NASDAQ: JAZZ ) on Monday reported better-than-expected second-quarter sales results and raised its FY26 sales guidance above estimates.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals reported quarterly earnings of $5.71 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $6.18 per share.

The company reported quarterly sales of $1.208 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.115 billion.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals raised its FY2026 sales guidance from $4.250 billion-$4.500 billion to $4.600 billion-$4.750 billion. “Our second quarter results highlight strong execution and momentum across the business, delivering 16% year-over-year total revenue growth and driving a considerable increase to our full-year revenue guidance,” said Renee Gala, president and chief executive officer of Jazz Pharmaceuticals. “We remain focused on long-term growth as we prepare to launch Ziihera in HER2+ 1L GEA, advance the zanidatamab and Epidiolex clinical programs, and expand our pipeline through targeted corporate development and internal research and development.

The combination of commercial execution, portfolio expansion and our strong financial foundation positions Jazz to deliver meaningful innovation for patients and substantial value for shareholders.” Jazz Pharmaceuticals shares gained 1.4% to $255.00 in pre-market trading.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on Jazz Pharmaceuticals following earnings announcement.

Baird analyst Joel Beatty maintained the stock with an Outperform rating and raised the price target from $252 to $280.

Barclays analyst Etzer Darout maintained the stock with an Overweight rating and raised the price target from $260 to $270.

Needham analyst Ami Fadia maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $282 to $292.
