Each week, Stock Whisper Index uses a combination of proprietary data and pattern recognition to showcase five stocks that are just under the surface and deserve attention.

Investors are constantly on the hunt for undervalued, under-followed and emerging stocks.

With countless methods available to retail traders, the challenge often lies in sifting through the abundance of information to uncover new opportunities and understand why certain stocks should be of interest.

Here’s a look at the Stock Whisper Index for the week ending July 31: Ondas Inc (NASDAQ: ONDS ): The drone company saw increased attention from investors during the week.

The increased interest may be related to the company co-leading an investment in defense technology company FPF Defense, alongside RSE Ventures.

The stock has been popular with retail investors with a $70 million pipeline of orders and momentum in deals helping put attention on the company.

Ondas is set to report second-quarter financial results on Aug.

13, which could update on acquisitions and backlog.

The company has beaten analyst estimates for revenue in four straight quarters.

Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN ): The defense and infrastructure company saw shares get hit after reporting second-quarter financial results.

The company reported a 1% year-over-year revenue decline, saw mixed results to analyst estimates and cut full-year revenue guidance.

The good news was a 24% year-over-year increase in contract awards in the quarter.

Strong organic revenue growth in the Middle East and a 1.2x book-to-bill ratio for the quarter were other highlights.

Analysts cut their price targets on the stock after the results and guidance.

For patient investors, the stock could be worth watching with shares at multi-year lows.

NVE Corporation (NASDAQ: NVEC ): The spintronics company makes the list with minimal news.

NVE recently reported first-quarter financial results with first-quarter revenue and earnings per share both up on a year-over-year basis.

Revenue hit $11.03 million, up from $6.1 million in the previous year.

The sock is up 89% year-to-date.

A CEO transition was announced in June and the stock could be one to watch.

HawkEye 360 Inc (NYSE: HAWK ): The signals intelligence company saw strong interest from investors during the week, which comes with shares down over 30% year-to-date.

The company recently announced a new multi-year contract with the Indian Navy and regional partner nations for RF data and analytics.

The deal adds to the contracts won by HawkEye 360, who counts the U.S.

Government as a partner.

Craig Hallum initiated coverage on the stock with a Buy rating and a price target of $25.

The stock could be one to monitor for more government contracts.

LiveWire Group (NYSE: LVWR ): The electric motorcycle company has been highly volatile in recent weeks.

The stock saw strong demand from investors during the week with shares soaring after second quarter financial results.

Second-quarter revenue was up 55% year-over-year with adjusted EBITDA improving during the quarter as well.

The acquisition of Dust Motorcycles, cost discipline and the start of production of the S4 Honcho platform were highlighted in the quarterly results.

LiveWire went public via SPAC merger in 2022, with Harley Davidson (NYSE: HOG ) spinning off the unit into a separate company.

Harley Davidson remains a key shareholder in the company.

With pressure on the share price, the company is considering a reverse stock split to boost the share price.

The move could lower the share float and see retail investors get excited over a low-float move.
