Revenue came in at $1.065 billion, beating the consensus estimate of $851.4 million and representing 165.5% growth year-over-year, driven largely by product revenue that surged 215.4% to $935.4 million.

Gross margin expanded to 33.4% from 26.7% a year earlier, and operating income swung to $182.2 million from a $3.5 million operating loss in the prior-year period.

Cash flow from operating activities improved to $226.4 million from a use of $213.1 million a year earlier. “The demand for Bloom Energy’s solutions keeps accelerating every quarter as customers who traditionally defaulted to combustion technologies are now proactively choosing Bloom as a superior power solution,” said KR Sridhar, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Bloom Energy. “Today, all the major US hyperscalers and over a dozen US neoclouds, AI labs, and colocation data center operators have validated and approved our power solutions for their AI factories.” Lifts FY Guidance Bloom raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $3.9 billion to $4.2 billion, representing 100% year-over-year growth at the midpoint.

The Bigger Picture The report arrived amid heightened scrutiny of Bloom’s business.

Short seller Hunterbrook Media published a report earlier this month alleging the company sourced a critical fuel cell material from Chinese suppliers through intermediary countries, despite the company’s denials, while other critics have flagged a gap between Bloom’s frequently cited $20 billion “contracted backlog” figure and the roughly $492 million in audited remaining performance obligations disclosed in its SEC filings.

Coming into the print, shares had already rallied roughly 247% in the first half of 2026.
