Meta Platforms (NASDAQ: META ) Meta Platforms shares fell 1.31% to $585.61, trading between an intraday high of $599.97 and a low of $582.22; the stock remains well below its 52-week high of $796.25 and above its 52-week low of $520.26.

In extended trading, Meta stock crashed 7.45% to $542.

Meta reported second-quarter revenue of $60.8 billion, beating estimates, but adjusted EPS of $6.18 missed expectations.

Revenue grew 28% year over year, supported by a 14% increase in ad impressions and a 12% rise in average ad prices, while family daily active people grew 3%.

The Mark Zuckerberg -led company guided third-quarter revenue to $61 billion—$64 billion, broadly in line with expectations, but raised its full-year expense and capital expenditure forecasts as it continues investing heavily in AI.

Meta ended the quarter with $90.3 billion in cash and marketable securities and said it remains optimistic about AI-driven growth despite ongoing regulatory risks.

The chipmaker posted revenue ahead of Wall Street’s target but missed on adjusted earnings, and CEO Cristiano Amon said the results reflected strong execution of the company’s growth strategy despite a tough supply environment; investors appeared more focused on the earnings miss and the cautious tone around the near term.

Quarterly revenue for the period came in at $9.9 billion, beating the Street estimates of $9.67 billion.

Adjusted earnings per share were $2.21, missing the estimate of $2.23.

Robinhood Markets (NASDAQ: HOOD ) Robinhood slid 3.15% to $89.84, with an intraday high of $93.32 and a low of $88.60; the stock’s 52-week range is $153.86 to $63.52.

The shares declined 1.01% to $88.93 in the after-hours session.

Robinhood reported second-quarter EPS of 62 cents, beating estimates of 42 cents, while revenue rose 32% year-over-year to $1.31 billion, topping the $1.28 billion consensus.

Growth was driven by strong gains in options, equities and event contracts trading, with funded customers increasing to 28.4 million and platform assets climbing 32% to $369 billion.

The company also saw Robinhood Gold subscribers jump 39% to 4.8 million and net deposits reach $21.7 billion during the quarter.

Shares edged higher in after-hours trading following the earnings release.

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT ) Microsoft eased 0.71% to $390.54, after trading as high as $401.25 and as low as $388.74; the shares sit within a 52-week range of $555.45 to $349.20.

The stock shot up 8.88% to $425.21 in extended trading.

Microsoft reported fourth-quarter EPS of $4.74, beating estimates of $4.24, while revenue rose 18% year-over-year to $90.01 billion, topping the $87.62 billion consensus.

Growth was driven by its Intelligent Cloud segment, with Azure revenue surging 43% and total cloud revenue increasing 27% to $59.3 billion.

CEO Satya Nadella said Azure surpassed $100 billion in annual revenue for the first time, while Microsoft 365 Copilot exceeded 30 million paid seats.

The company returned $10.2 billion to shareholders through dividends and buybacks during the quarter.

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE: CMG ) Chipotle rose 2.18% to $34.24, with the stock moving between $34.50 and $33.61; its 52-week range is $44.54 to $28.04.

In after-hours trading, the stock rose 6.34% to $36.41.

The burrito chain climbed after reporting better-than-expected quarterly earnings and revenue, with CEO Scott Boatwright saying the results reflect momentum in the company’s growth strategy as it works on menu innovation, loyalty engagement and hospitality improvements; the upbeat reaction suggested investors welcomed the stronger-than-expected update.

Earnings per share came in at $0.33 for the period, beating the analyst consensus estimate of $0.32.

Revenue was reported at $3.35 billion, ahead of the estimated $3.33 billion figure.
