Its flagship TBIL was among the first ETFs to provide targeted exposure to the three-month Treasury bill, simplifying access to one of the world’s most liquid fixed income instruments.
Beyond Treasury products, the firm has focused on ETF innovation.
Earlier this year, F/m became the first issuer to launch a live dual share class ETF-mutual fund structure under the SEC’s updated exemptive framework, allowing investors to access the same strategy through either ETF or mutual fund shares.
It has also pushed into digital asset infrastructure by filing the industry’s first SEC application seeking approval for tokenized shares of a registered ETF.
