Bloom Energy Corporation (NYSE: BE ) stock is up during Wednesday’s premarket session as investors react to a blowout quarterly report and higher full-year guidance.

Earnings Crush Wall Street Estimates The company reported second-quarter revenue of $1.07 billion and adjusted EPS of 78 cents, topping consensus estimates of $822.77 million and 40 cents, respectively.

GAAP diluted EPS improved to 62 cents from a loss of 18 cents a year earlier.

GAAP gross margin expanded to 33.4% from 26.7%, while operating income reached $182.2 million, compared with a $3.5 million loss.

Adjusted EBITDA climbed to $253.4 million from $41.2 million.

Bloom also generated $226.4 million in operating cash flow and ended the quarter with approximately $2.67 billion in cash and cash equivalents, underscoring stronger liquidity and operating leverage.

Management raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $3.90 billion to $4.20 billion and increased its adjusted EPS outlook to $2.55 to $2.85.

The company expects a full-year non-GAAP gross margin of about 34% and non-GAAP operating income of $800 million to $900 million.

CEO KR Sridhar said demand is "accelerating every quarter," adding that "all the major U.S. hyperscalers" and "over a dozen" neoclouds, AI labs and colocation operators have validated Bloom’s solutions.

However, the stock is 3.9% above its 200-day SMA of $177.25, preserving the broader uptrend after a 380.12% 12-month gain.

Momentum remains weak, with MACD below its signal line and a negative histogram.

The moving-average setup is mixed: the 20-day SMA is below the 50-day, while the 50-day remains above the 200-day.

June marked the recent swing high and July the swing low.

Traders will watch whether the earnings-driven move can reclaim short-term averages or stall at overhead resistance.
