PLSE Oppenheimer analyst Suraj Kalia raised the firm's price target on Pulse Biosciences to $35 from $30 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Preliminary evidence suggests nsPFA has a better safety and efficacy profile vs. traditional microsecond PFA and radiofrequency, though this has to be validated in pivotal trials, the firm says. While execution risk, in Oppenheimer's view, is largely mitigated by an experienced CEO, the disruptive nature of this platform technology provides for multiple shots on goal. Hence, the firm's constructive stance on the fundamentals.
