ACM Aecom wins preliminary Design contract for New Lisbon Airport project Aecom was selected by ANA Aeroportos de Portugal, part of VINCI Airports, to deliver preliminary Design for New Lisbon Airport. The planned international hub, to be named Luis de Camões Airport, is intended to replace Lisbon’s Humberto Delgado Airport. The site spans Benavente and Montijo, partly using the Alcochete firing range across the Tagus River from Lisbon. Aecom will lead early Design development with local Partners, covering technical Design services and project management.
