SHIP DSX GOGL SB SBLK CTRM The Baltic Exchange's dry Bulk Freight index rose on Friday to its highest level since July 17, as stronger Capesize vessel rates outweighed weakness in the Panamax and Supramax segments, though the index still posted a weekly loss of 0.3%. The index rose 18 points, or 0.7%, to 2,743, its highest level in a week. Capesize rose 87 points, or 2.1%, to 4,285, its highest level since July 16, up 4.6% for the week
