AMD UBS Raises AMD PT to $730 from $700 - Buy Analyst comments: "EPS could approach $30 by CY28. We believe server CPU revenue is going to grow rapidly and, with gross margins that we estimate are approximately 1,000bps above the corporate average, this could establish a margin 'umbrella' under which AMD can price an impressively specified MI500 aggressively in 2027 to capture incrementally more share of the GPU market. We also feel much better about supply following TSMC's recent capital expenditure increase, and we think server CPU revenue of approximately $35 billion in calendar 2027 and potentially $60 billion in calendar 2028 is now achievable. We now estimate calendar 2027 EPS of approximately $19 and calendar 2028 EPS of approximately $27.57, versus the Street at approximately $19. These estimates probably still skew conservative, as we assume only approximately $44 billion in data center GPU revenue in calendar 2027, which would represent just 3–3.5 gigawatts of deployments. That is very low given the announcements and timing across key customers such as Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic and, to a lesser degree, Microsoft. AMD remains a favorite idea even after an.

AMD remains a favorite idea even after an approximately 75% move over the past three months." Analyst: Timothy Arcuri
