Central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma is a rare, aggressive form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that starts in the brain, spinal cord, cerebrospinal fluid, or eyes.

Among evaluable BTK-naïve patients who completed at least one cycle (roughly one month) of therapy, the overall response rate reached 100%, representing 5 of 5 patients.

Across the entire group of 7 BTK-naïve subjects, the response rate was 86% (6 of 7), up from 71% recorded in May 2025.

For BTKi-experienced patients, evaluable subjects demonstrated a 33% response rate (10 of 30).

When accounting for all 39 BTKi-experienced participants, the response rate reached 26% (10 of 39), aligning closely with the 27% rate previously reported from May 2025 data.

Expanding Enrollment And Raised Year-End Guidance In its Phase 2 TakeAim CLL trial evaluating chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Curis highlighted rapid recruitment after opening 11 clinical sites on June 26.

The number of consented patients grew to 10 from six recorded on July 6, with the first five participants expected to receive their initial doses before July ends.

As a result of this accelerated clinical progress, Curis increased its target for year-end CLL data, now projecting updates on 5 to 10 patients in December 2026 compared to its earlier projection of 5 patients.

CRIS Price Action: Curis shares were up 2.53% at $4.87 at the time of publication on Wednesday.

The stock is near its 52-week low of $3.61, according to Pro data.
