Stereotaxis Files Resale Registration for Up to 108.9 Million Shares

Stereotaxis (STXS) filed a registration statement with the SEC on Wednesday covering the potential resale of up to 108.9 million common shares by existing selling stockholders. Stereotaxis said it will not receive any proceeds from sales by the selling stockholders.
