Technology stocks were rising premarket Wednesday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up 0.8% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) 1.4% higher. ASML Holding (ASML) stock was up more than 3% after the company reported year-over-year growth in Q2 earnings and sales and raised revenue guidance for the full-year 2026.
