Inotiv Receives Court Approval for Reorganization Plan
Inotiv (NOTV) said late Tuesday the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas has confirmed its Chapter 11 reorganization plan, clearing the company to emerge from bankruptcy protection shortly. The company said it expects to emerge with a strengthened balance sheet backed by existing stakeholders, who also provided additional capital to support its long-term strategy. Inotiv said it continues to conduct normal business operations, including study execution and partner engagement.
