Cohort plc Posts Higher FY26 Profit, Revenue
Cohort plc (CHRT.L) said Wednesday its profit and revenue for fiscal 2026 jumped year over year. Profit attributable to equity shareholders of the parent for the 12 months ended April 30 was 23.9 million pounds sterling, compared with 19.2 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.5129 pound from 0.4425 pound. The British technology group's revenue was 306.4 million pounds, compared with 270 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board proposed a final dividend of 0.1210 pound per share, compared with 0.1105 pound per share from the year-ago period. This takes the full-year dividend to 0.1790 pound per share, compared with 0.1630 pound per share in the previous year. Looking ahead, Cohort maintained its forecast of double-digit earnings growth each for 2026 and 2027, and the next two years.
