Oceaneering, Kongsberg Selected for US Navy Uncrewed Undersea Vehicle Development Program
Oceaneering International (OII) and Kongsberg said Tuesday they were selected by the US Department of War's Defense Innovation Unit to support the US Navy's vision for scalable uncrewed undersea platforms. The companies said the work will focus on concept definition, system architecture and design trade studies, with the design expected to be delivered in Q3, according to a statement.
