Sector Update: Healthcare

Healthcare stocks were mixed premarket Tuesday, with the State Street Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV) down 0.4% and the iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) 1.1% higher. HCA Healthcare (HCA) shares were down more than 8% after the company cut its 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance.
