Consultancy group Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (SASE:9606) launched the digital platform Thrwty to guide individuals in making educational and career choices through competency-based assessments. The platform also helps companies in hiring suitable talent through competency- and capability-based assessments, according to a Tuesday filing. It integrates competency frameworks, internationally recognized psychometric assessments and artificial intelligence technologies.
