Ryman Healthcare Reports 325 Sales of Occupation Right Agreements in June Quarter
Ryman Healthcare (ASX:RYM, NZE:RYM) reported 325 sales of retirement living occupation right agreements for the June quarter, including 265 resales and 60 new sales, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses. Resale volumes for the first quarter of fiscal 2027 were in line with the same period a year earlier, while net resales contract volumes rose 7% year over year due to high demand for serviced apartments from external customers, per the filing. New sales stock declined by 65 units to 414 units in the June quarter. Ryman said it remains on track to deliver its fiscal 2027 build guidance of 157 to 168 retirement living units and aged care beds at Patrick Hogan Village in Cambridge and Richard Hadlee Village in Christchurch.
