Trex Reports Higher Prelim Q2 Net Sales, Revises 2026 Guidance
Trex (TREX) said late Monday it now expects Q2 net sales of $418 million, up from $387.8 million a year earlier. It earlier expected sales of $388 million to $403 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $397.9 million. For the full-year 2026, the company now expects net sales of $1.22 billion to $1.25 billion from $1.185 billion to $1.23 billion earlier. Analysts expect $1.21 billion. The company also said that Specialty Building Products will be its only national distributor of decking and railing products across North America. Trex said it will transition away from Boise Cascade (BCC) as a distributor of its products.
