Treasury yields are higher: the five-year yield is at 4.376 percent, unchanged, the 10-year yield is at 4.726 percent, up 0.2 basis points and the 30-year yield is at 5.313 percent, up 0.4 basis points. Volatility and commodities: the VIX is at 15.8, up 4.02 percent, WTI crude is up 1 percent and gold is down 0.5 percent.
The Ibovespa is up over 0.5%, trading near 168,000. Petrobras has gained nearly 1%, and Axia is up 0.5% following its second Class C preferred share buyback results.
